Venice consists of 118 islands joined by more than 400 bridges, separated by canals where the famous gondolas and boats are constantly coming and going. Art, culture, history and millenary traditions are all one in the city: Piazza San Marco, the Ponte dei Sospiri or the Lagoon are so beautifully interconnected that visiting Venice feels like an experience of its own. Murano and Burano, known for their colorful houses and the ancient art of glass blowing are must visits of the area. Chioggia, also known as “Little Venice” is popular for its lively atmosphere and the presence of artists, painters and sculptors.
